It’s very easy to manage your subscription and either unsubscribe or pause it.
Here are the steps to follow:
⏺ Access Subscription Management:
Go to our website and scroll down to the footer (bottom of the page).
Click on the section "Manage My Subscriptions" .
⏺ Identification:
Enter the email address you used during your purchase or when you received the confirmation of your subscription.
⏺ Access the Subscription Portal:
After entering your email, you will receive a link in your inbox.
Click on this link to directly access your subscription portal .
⏺ Manage Your Subscription:
Once on the portal, you will see all your active subscriptions.
⏺ To unsubscribe:
Click on the relevant subscription.
Select the "Unsubscribe" option.
⏺ To pause:
Choose the "Pause" option if available.
This way, you can temporarily suspend your subscription without losing it entirely.
⏺ Reminder Before Renewal:
We also send you a reminder before each payment so you can decide whether you want to continue your subscription or not.
If you encounter any issues or cannot find the email containing the link to the subscription portal, please check your spam folder or contact us directly through our customer service.
